Irum Nafees is a Humanitarian, Teacher, Mother and Mentor born in Faisalabad Pakistan. Her passion moves to educate, empower and change the lives of many people in her community as well as her nation. Irum was inspired to create Concern Organization to enable her to reach out to everyone – aiding the homeless, the helpless and oppressed.
As the CEO of Concern Org, Natasha aims to use her visionary leadership and marketing skills to help expand the incredible work that Concern Org currently does.
Natasha is also the co-founder of Inspiring Australia, a not for profit organisation impacting thousands of Australians with their Inspirational Leadership for charity programs.
Natasha Howie is the founder of Identity Level Shift Coaching, is an NLP Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. Natasha is also a Brand Identity Marketing Consultant, owns a digital marketing agency and publishes a monthly digital marketing magazine.

Claire joined the largest Telecommunications company is Australia (Telstra) in 1999 as a management graduate and has since worked across many parts of the operations business developing key skills in business improvement, planning and development. At the age of 27, Claire was one of the youngest women to be promoted to a General Manager position in the operations side of Telstra in 2005 and has played a role in being a mentor for many other young women and championing the Telstra Virtual Women’s Network. Claire has played a key role in a number of large scale business improvement programs and change at Telstra over the last 7 years., including two World Vision sponsor childrenClaire is an active member of her local Presbyterian Church and involved in many charities both in Australia and Internationally. Claire has one daughter Maya who is 6 years old and a partner George.
